Made of CNC 6061 aluminum, these mount on 1/4 or 5/16 inch links and allow easy adjustment. Set of 4. Links made by JPS or New Era are .248in. Most custom links are .250in. If your custom links are larger than .248in diameter, choose the .250in mounts. If you are uncertain of size, and your links are not made by JPS or New Era we suggest ordering the .250in mounts. If they are too big we would be happy to exchange them for the smaller size. Or if you prefer you can also order both and return the set you do not need within 30 days for a refund. Shock mount should fit tight on the link in order to keep it from slipping when force is exerted on it. Placing a screwdriver in the slot (see picture) will slightly widen the mount enough for it to easily slide along the link. Once you have one shock mount set up the way you like, measure the distance from the mount to the end of the rod and place the remainder of the shock mounts the same distance from the end of their respective rods.
